Service Description

Become reacquainted with your inner child's creativity,  playfulness and sense of adventure. This part of oneself may also hold core wounds that need a safe space to heal. I coach through a gentle process of writing and drawing w/ the dominant hand of the adult and respond w/ the non-dominant hand of the inner child. This creates a bridge for deep healing and becoming friends with all parts of yourself. A powerful tool to continue on your own for self-love and peace.
